The issue has been resolved through the following steps:
- Disable User UM on Exchange Server
- Exit Lync
- Delete Lync Cache
- Access this path and delete all folders.
- “C:\Users\ABC12345\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Communicator\sip_UseremailID@mydomain.com”
- Delete Tracing Contents
- Access this path and delete all files “C:\Users\ABC12345\Tracing\”
- Open Outlook and Select Voice Mail Folder under Search Folder and Delete
- Disable Exchange Cached Mode from Outlook setting
- Close Outlook
- Enable User's UM on UM server
- Open Outlook and allow some time to sync - A new Voice Mail will be created under Search Folders
- Open Lync Client and allow some time to Sync
- Check Voicemails under the voicemail option of Phone Tab in Lync/SfB Client.
